THE LOVE INTENTION: INTRODUCTION
There is no greater force in the universe than Love.

It is unstoppable. It is immovable. It is irrefutable. It is absolute.

Love that is unconditional, universal, Divine is able to overcome any negative or dark force that exists and has ever has existed in the Universe.

When Jesus (aka Yeshua Ben Joseph) walked the Earth over 2,000 years ago, he taught his disciples to "love thine enemies." What exactly did he mean by this message?

Not only did he intend with this teaching to heal negativity, but he also gave each and every one of us a method by which we can surround ourselves with Divine protection. Because love is the great equalizer, the great protector, and it can overcome any obstacle or any threat you may encounter in your life.

Love is that powerful.

Today, the word love is bandied about in our pop culture lexicon without much real meaning behind it. But when love truly emanates from the heart, it is all powerful. It is all encompassing. It is all EVERYTHING.

Love is literally the cosmic glue that holds you and me and everything else in the universe together. Without love, none of what you see would even exist. As a matter of fact, you would not even exist. You are literally made of love that originated from the Divine source or Divine creator.

Even though you may believe that you cannot make a difference in the world, the truth is you really can, and you can do so in astounding ways! Really! And all you have to do is practice unconditional love in your own life. And, as a result, you will contribute greatly to healing the entire world. That is a proven fact.

"Love is a force that connects us to every strand of the universe, an unconditional state that characterizes human nature, a form of knowledge that is always there for us if only we can open ourselves to it," states author Emily Hilburn Sell.

If you only realized the great power that you possess within you. And love is the unending source of that power.

With that understanding, "The Love Intention" is a step-by-step process to help heal and transform you, your world, and the world as a whole, through the power and prayer of LOVE.

Simply by taking just a little fraction of time to focus on love, each and every day, miracles will begin to unfold in your very own life in many, many ways and on many, many levels. Guaranteed!

William E. Gladstone, a former Prime Minister of England might have summed what love means to the human race best: "We look forward to the time when the Power of Love will replace the Love of Power. Then will our world know the blessings of peace."

And so it is. And so it shall be.

So let us begin with the Love Intention.

THE LOVE INTENTION: STEPS FOR THE LOVE INTENTION
The following steps for the Love Intention can be done in either a meditative state or in an activated state of participation. Each will be effective and it is entirely up to you as to which method you wish to employ in your own life.

Perhaps the best advice might be to try it both ways and see what it unfolds in your life, then pursue what works ideally for you. Nonetheless, it is recommended to practice this routine often, if possible, on a daily basis. As the saying goes, the more the merrier!

Even if you can only devote five minutes a day to the Love Intention, that will be sufficient in creating major healing in our world and in your own world.

Please take time to read the instructions and then get into a meditative state and create your Love Intention consciously. Or, if you are so inclined, be an active participant, share your love with others; a kind word to a loved one, a smile to a stranger, a charitable donation to a worthy cause of your choice or a prayer for world peace. Whatever feels right to you.

The idea is to consciously co-create with the intent of love and peace, beginning within and moving out to embrace the entire planet Earth.

When a group of people get together in a singled minded purpose of intent, they can have a profound effect upon the entire world. This has been proven in case studies and the occurrence has been la bled, "the Maharishi effect."

"The Maharishi Effect is the phenomenon of the rise of coherence in the collective consciousness of any community. Scientific research has clearly demonstrated that when one per cent of the population of a city or town practices Maharishi’s Transcendental Meditation Programme, the crime rate significantly decreases. Similarly, when groups of individuals practicing Maharishi’s TM-Sidhi programme with Yogic Flying equal at least the square root of one per cent of a population, there is a significant reduction of crime and accidents, as well as an increase in stock prices, decreased pollution, decreased unemployment, and decreased hostilities between nations."

Numerous other scientific research has been performed such as the pioneering work of Dr. Masaru Emoto, who has has conducted experiments with the effects that prayer, emotions and music upon the molecular structures of water. He has photographed and proven that unconditional love produces the most complex and beautiful crystalline patterns of all.

STEP 1) "Let there be peace on Earth, and let it begin with me." – To be successful with any kind of a love intention, it must begin and end with YOU. After all, it is all about you from the start.

First off, it is vital to begin to forgive yourself for all your past mistakes and for all your past transgressions and truly embrace the love of self. Not in an egotistical manner, but in a humble and healthy way in which you acknowledge those imperfections within you, yet you are aware that you were made in the image of God.

And God is perfection. Therefore, so are you! You are perfect!

By loving yourself, you are accomplishing several objectives. First and foremost, you are healing the negative energy that surrounds you, that surrounds us all. By sending love directly to that negativity, you are then able to neutralize it.

When you neutralize the negativity within you, you are doing the same for everyone else, thereby, you are having a profound effect upon the rest of the world.

One of the best ways we have found to do this process is simply by stating four little phrases that embody the ancient Hawaiian healing system known as "Ho'oponopono."

These four phrases are as follows: I am sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, And, I love you.

These four phrases have enormous power to transform, transmute and heal those around you but, more importantly, to heal YOU.

There are no more powerful words in any language than those of, "I LOVE YOU." And that is simply due to the innate, inherit power of love. It is magical. It is mystical. And it is miraculous.

So let go and let love flow from within you. What have you got to lose?

STEP 2) "Charity begins at home." – The next step is to send out love to all of those in your immediate surroundings such as your family, your friends and your relatives. Granted, familial relationships can be some of the most challenging of all in our lives, as the saying goes, "you can pick your friends, but you can't pick your relatives."

Yet, it also has been said, "charity begins at home," so make the effort to show the most amount of love to the ones who need it the most: your loved ones, near and dear.

Your family should never be taken for granted but should be cherished and nurtured as much as possible. Love thyself and love thy family.

STEP 3) "Love thy neighbor" – Next, send out to love to your community. Begin with the town, or the city, or the place in which you live and visualize healing energy encompassing it. Send out love to your neighbors and your fellow towns people, whether young or old, rich or poor, good or bad, black, white, red, brown or yellow.

Surround your entire community with a white light and imagine everyone in your community happy, healthy and secure. By doing so, you will create the exact same conditions for your life, your home and your family. The like shall flow back to you.

STEP 4) "In God we trust" – Now, begin to send out to love to our beloved country. Yes, we are living in times of turmoil and chaos and our leaders seem to be offering little at this time.

Yet, consciousness is swiftly moving forward and evolution will be pushing us rapidly towards a great shift. Within the not too distant future, all of this negativity will have a grand, fortuitous opportunity to be healed, once and for all. Forever and ever.

So, relax, do not worry. Have no fear. We are right on a schedule. A perfectly orchestrated Divine schedule.

Now is the time to embrace the idea of love as the ultimate healing force on Earth and let it flow from you and surround the United States of America with abundance. If you happen to live in another part of the world, surround your home country with an embrace of love and healing energy, as well.

STEP 5) "We are the world, we are the children" – Now, expand that love out to the whole of the world. Imagine your love enveloping the entire planet, radiating out from you and pulsating like a beacon of light.

Your light shines very bright and you have an endless supply to give. Your well never runs dry of unconditionally pure love.

Now imagine sharing that love with someone from a foreign country that may, at one time or another, had been considered to be an enemy of the United States. Particularly to the countries of Muslim faith or those that have been demonized as the so-called "axis of evil." They particularly need to feel the energy of unconditional love coming from the people of the United States.

If you are in a foreign country do the same by visualizing a ball of light emanating from and send those healing energies to your neighboring countries and beyond.

STEP 6) "Love is blind" – Finally, and most importantly, realize that real, unconditional love is blind. It must not be for a select few, it must encompass everyone on the planet. As the song says, "no, not just for some, but for everyone."

You can't take sides. There is no right or wrong. No black or white. No good or bad. All are equal in the eyes of the Creator, and must be the same in your eyes, as well. Besides, when you send love out without conditions, you create miracles. And you get back even more miracles to you.

So give often and give generously. You won't regret it. The act of giving will warm your heart and those who are lucky enough to receive your love will be blessed because of it. Think of yourself as literally offering a blessing to the planet and to humanity.

The only barometer you need to prove that this really works, is how you feel when you receive love. You know, in your heart, it is the best feeling in the world, so why would it not be for the person who is receiving it from you?

The Love Intentions has no political, social, economic, religious or spiritual agenda. It is purely focused solely on love and peace. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Feel it. Generate it. Activate it. Radiate it. Nothing but love.
