Major world events pointing to some kind of formal disclosure of the existence of extra-terrestrial species interacting with the human race appear to be reaching a fever pitch.
Brother Guy Consolmagno, (pictured below) who is one of twelve of the Vatican's top notch astronomical team, said he would be "delighted" if and when intelligent life was found among the cosmos but has serious doubts it even exists.
As is often the case, he just had to throw cold water on that kind of exciting news by stating: "but the odds of us finding it, of it being intelligent and us being able to communicate with it – when you add them up it's probably not a practical question."
"This is obviously a planned run up to disclosure, I mean there is no other way to account for this," Mr. Hoagland said to Coast to Coast host George Noory.
And as if by coincidence, Brother Consolmagno gave a speech at the British Science Festival in Birmingham, England the very same week that Pope Benedict XVI himself arrived in the UK for a four-day state visit.
"He is just down the street when the Pope coincidently happens to be in London, when he makes this series of major pronouncements... this is official on-the-record Vatican policy," Mr. Hoagland stated of press reports that originated out of the UK.
Mr. Hoagland has maintained for the past two years that the Obama administration is stoutly committed to making a disclosure announcement and that "(Barack) Obama's entire election is about making the hidden history of the human race finally unhidden." He made this comment in November 2008 at the Secrets Conference in a presentation entitled, "The Hyper-dimensional Election of Barack Obama."
"There is going to be an accelerating cascade of these events, not only from the Vatican... you are going to see things coming from our administration. There is a lot of clues that we are getting closer to some kind of official movement this Fall... think of an 'October surprise'," he added. He speculated that the October or November time frame may be the most likely.
"The big news here is... the legitimization of the conversation that aliens exist. The truth will come out as soon as the idea of aliens is legitimized and that's why this story is of major import tonight!," added Mr. Hoagland on the Vatican announcement.
Joining him on the same Coast to Coast program to weigh in on the Vatican's latest pronouncements was longtime UFO investigator, Dr. Stanton Friedman.
Dr. Friedman pointed out that the Pope has taken several critical steps over the last year that seem to be setting the world up for extra-terrestrial disclosure.
"What does he know that we don't know?," Dr. Friedman speculated. "It sounds like he is getting Catholics ready for the big disclosure."
Dr. Friedman has been investigating the UFO/ET phenomenon for over forty years and has appeared on numerous radio shows, television programs, conferences and expos to lend his expertise on the subject.

Mr. Fulhman has made these assertions in a new book entitled, "Challenges of Change", which was published earlier this year. The author claims the unveiling will not be a landing, nor any form of communication, but only an initial showing meant to warn humanity of highly dangerous CO2 levels now threatening all life on Earth with extinction.
As for the Vatican, this latest revelation from Brother Consolmagno regarding a promised blessing of extra-terrestrials is their third such pronouncement over the last two years.
Back in May 2008, Vatican chief astronomer Father Jose Gabriel Fune, commented that "just as we consider earthly creatures as 'a brother,' and 'sister,' why should we not talk about an 'extraterrestrial brother'? It would still be part of creation."
Incidentally, from September 27 – October 1, 2010, the European Space Agency will be holding their own International Astronautical Congress (IAC) 2010 in Budapest, Czech Republic. They are expected to release the latest data collected from the moon Phobos.
Yet another Vatican insider, Monsignor Corrado Balducci, has gone on Italian national television five times, including recent months, to proclaim that extraterrestrial contact is a real phenomena. Father Balducci is a theologian member of the Vatican Curia (governing body) and a close advisor to the Pope.
The Vatican has held a prolonged interest in monitoring extra-terrestrial developments with an observatory at not only the papal summer residence in Castel Gandolfo Italy, but at the University of Arizona, as well. An official confirmation of the existence of extra-terrestrial life would turn the Catholic religion and Christianity upside down, a possibility of which the Vatican is intimately aware of.
As the largest and wealthiest institution on the planet, we should automatically assume that the Vatican has known of the existence of extra-terrestrials for decades, perhaps even centuries. They wield enormous power and influence over the world but may have finally realized there is little choice now to allow some kind of disclosure announcement to be made.
On the other side of the coin, the Vatican is also dealing with unprecedented worldwide pressure from sex abuse victims at the hands of their own priesthood. The ever growing scandal is now focusing in on Pope Benedict's role as the one who was put in charge of the cover up since the 1960's.
Recently, a BBC documentary, "Sex Crimes And The Vatican," aired with reports that when the Pope was known as Cardinal Thomas Ratzinger, he sent out an updated version of the notorious 1962 Vatican document Crimen Sollicitationis (Latin for The Crime of Solicitation) which outlined how to cover up sexual scandals.
Obviously, any kind of announcement regarding disclosure would rock the world to its core, shifting attention away from the pedophile sex abuse cases and other issues. However, the Vatican may find they have a whole host of other problems to deal with by then. For instance, the question will inevitably be raised, "what else have they been covering up?"
"THE EVENT" SIGNALS US BEING PREPPED FOR ET DISCLOSURE
Finally, if that were not enough, on Monday, September 20, 2010, the NBC network unveiled a new hour long series entitled, "The Event." The show is garnering a lot of attention within the UFO community due to its plot line surrounding a secretive event that will be revealed to the world by the US government.
By the second episode of the show on September 27th, that secret event turned out to be the official acknowledgement of an extra-terrestrial presence by a US President, played by Blair Underwood, whose onscreen portrayal looks strikingly similar to that of Barack Obama.
Longtime UFO researcher Larry Lowe predicted as much by writing in the Phoenix Examiner: “I can assure you that the viewer will be treated to the unprecedented visualization of the President of the United States finally admitting to the public that ET exists — and that some of them look a lot like us and are here on the planet already.”

By all accounts it would seem the creators of this new NBC series have either been reading the alternative news reports over the past year or else they are determined to reveal some inside information. The parallels are absolutely striking.
Rumors have persisted since August 2009 that Barack Obama desperately wants to end the secrecy and reveal the existence of extra-terrestrials. In fact, David Wilcock and Project Camelot in an interview with whistleblower Dr. Pete Peterson reported that the date of November 26, 2009 had been booked on all the major television networks for a world-wide disclosure broadcast.
Other reports have indicated that Mr. Obama continues to face enormous resistance from the establishment government (the CIA, Majestic 12, NSA, etc.) who are vehemently opposed to any kind of disclosure announcement and have gone so far as to threaten the life of the President on numerous occasions.
Even Zeljko Ivanek, who plays the Director of the CIA, Robert Sterling in the series, bears an uncanny resemblance to the former CIA chief, Robert Hayden, right down to their enormous bald heads!
All of these exact scenarios are played out in "The Event." There is also an obvious reference made to a 1940's crash of a UFO with extra-terrestrials on board, that is very similar to the alleged Roswell, New Mexico incident in 1947 that made national headlines.
Clearly, "The Event" is prepping the American public for some kind of major disclosure announcement that the NBC network felt compelled to broadcast the show on both Monday and Saturday nights. Needless to say, they are insisting that you watch this show!
